Healthy sweets

Hello! 🙂

Everyone want to get some sweets sometimes. Are there any healthy alternatives instead of eating Kinder Bueno or a Snickers? Of course!

Fresh fruit

It can’t be more simple than this. Any piece of fresh fruit should offer enough natural sugar to fill the cravings. Plus, it’s definitely the healthiest choice and you get added nutrients and fiber!

Dark chocolate

Chocolate isn’t always forbidden! If you buy some with 70 % or more cacao, you can’t make a mistake. If you won’t eat all the bar, you’re okay. Add two pieces into your morning oatmeal to expel cravings.

All-fruit popsicle

You can buy them or DIY. It’s just mixed fruit and you can use what you like and add a juice or a little water. Mix watermelon, apples, peaches, apricots, strawberries or bananas, make different combinations and enjoy the summer.

Frozen yogurt

Do not think about those you can buy in supermarkets or shopping malls. The best variant is to prepare it at home – just mix some fruit with greek yogurt. Sweet snack is ready, or you can put it into the refrigerator to have an ice-cream.

Baked apple

This is easy to make ahead and reheat, or whip up in an instant right when you want it. Stuff the apples with oats, nuts, and just a little honey for sweetness.

Peanut butter

Let’s face that most of us are addicted to peanut butter and jam. Half of a classic sandwich on whole wheat bread (grape, strawberry, or whatever type of jam you like) provides an excellent amount of sweetness with a little dose of protein and fiber to boot.
